MainVue Homes wanted a site that was easy to navigate, that was optimized for browsing on any device, and that showed prospective buyers up front the information that mattered most, helping visitors feel instantly at home with MainVue.
A team of strategists and user experience experts worked with MainVue Homes to create buyer personas, generate a situational analysis, and perform empathy mapping to envision MainVue’s ideal website. The analysis revealed that MainVue’s prospective buyers were families looking to live in suburban neighborhoods located within good school districts. These families wanted tastefully designed houses, but just as importantly, they wanted a feeling of community.
Based on these insights, a team of designers created a web experience that mirrors the experience of living in a MainVue neighborhood. The elegant, intuitive design of the homes and the welcoming spirit of each unique community inspired the visual look and feel of the new website.
Now touring the MainVue Homes site is like walking through one of its custom properties—it instantly feels like home. MainVue Homes won the Web Award for 2016 Real Estate Outstanding Website.
